Shipping policy
CLICK & COLLECT
We offer click and collect in the cart section at checkout for up to a week after purchase. Pickups are available anytime within our normal business hours, everyday from 11AM to 4PM, and are available at our front counter inside. Just ask for your name or order number when you arrive! If you need contact-less pickup, please give our shop a call on 0435851252 when you arrive and we can bring you your order outside. If your order is not picked up within a week of the original purchase your order will be cancelled and refunded.
SHIPPING
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for processing! We only process orders on Mondays to ensure your item arrives before the weekend and avoid potential transit delays. If you place your order on a Monday after 2PM your order will not be processed until the following Monday.
Interstate shipping $15 on all orders except heavy items. Email us for quotes on large items.
We are unable to ship plants internationally.
However, we can ship our merch internationally! If you are interested in something, please email us at wherethewildthingsgrowco@gmail.com and we can set you up with an order!
In-Store Shopping:
We can accept returns on any unused ceramics or hard goods for up to 2 weeks after the original purchase.
We only accept returns for plants 24 hours after purchase. We are unable to accept anything outside of this window due to the unknown environment plants can be exposed to after leaving our shop.

Shipping Orders:
All of our sales for online shipments are final. We always try to ensure the best quality and customer experience! If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please email us at wherethewildthingsgrowco@gmail.com
If live plants arrive damaged please shoot us an email and a photo of how it arrived as soon as possible. From here we can work with you to see if we need to file a claim with the shipping company or if the damage was on our end.
We are not responsible for incorrect address entry.
Unfortunately, there is not much we can do on our end about Postal Service delays until a package arrives or is deemed lost.
